Responsibilities

Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory engagements
Conduct industry research and competitive analysis focused on medtech trends, innovation, and regulatory developments
Build and maintain complex financial models including DCF, LBO, merger models, and public comparables
Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for live deals and new business opportunities
Participate in due diligence, data room management, and coordination with legal, accounting, and consulting teams
Mentor and guide junior analysts in financial analysis and presentation development
Collaborate with senior bankers to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medtech space

Required

2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to healthcare or medtech

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not mandatory
Demonstrated interest in medical technology innovation and healthcare delivery

Preferred

Prior deal experience with medtech companies, including diagnostics, surgical devices, imaging, or digital health platforms
Familiarity with FDA approval pathways, reimbursement dynamics, and global medtech markets
Experience working on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and capital markets deals
