Project Management Coordinator, Pediatric Children's Health Services Research

Responsibilities

Oversees of the administrative activities of the project which is supported by a team of health systems leaders, research coordinator, and trainees, under the EAE Hub co-directors
Responsible for program administration to reach intended goals and delivery and fidelity to EAE Hub model
Oversees general program activity prioritization, planning and coordination under the direction of project leadership; identifies, resolves, or escalates operational problems to leadership
Serves as a consultant on administrative activities with internal and external project collaborators
Performs quality indicator report development, processing and analysis, identifies and recruits primary care participants for project
Contributes to coordination of activities with project personnel including research coordinator and interns
Facilitates hub team learning collaboratives
Facilitates training for new team members and/or new hubs
Manages MOC Projects
QI data support
Manages and implements technical platforms for project, i.e. Canvas, REDcap and Excel
Participates in regular meetings and collaborates with early childhood initiatives and partnerships
Represents EAE Hub team and/or presents at early childhood conferences and trainings
Provides experienced assistance with project management activities, resource allocation, and communication
Develops a schedule designed to meet necessary deadlines and communicates with team members
Monitors project progress and handles highly complex issues that arise
Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Allocates tasks and assignments to lower-level appointed staff and monitors their performance
Performs a variety of administrative skills and prepares correspondence related to the project

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
4 years of relevant experience
Demonstrates project management skills
Proficient communication skills
Excellent collaboration and team building skills

Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to lead/manage others
Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
