Responsibilities
Assist with structural calculations and design of precast concrete elements
Prepare and revise shop drawings using AutoCAD
Support engineering review for production and quality control
Coordinate with plant operations, sales, and project teams
Participate in troubleshooting, plant and site inspections, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Emphasis or interest in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn precast systems
Ability to work in both office and plant environments
Preferred
FE Exam passed preferred (or intent to obtain)
