Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end incident management activities, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact
Monitor, triage, and prioritize incidents while collaborating with technical teams to drive swift remediation
Partner with Problem Management and Change Management teams to ensure seamless processes and continuous improvement
Provide recommendations for process optimization within the ITSM framework
Qualification
Required
ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher)
Strong experience working in heavily regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, insurance, energy)
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (Incident module required)
Strong triage capability with the ability to quickly assess, prioritize, and escalate incidents appropriately
Preferred
Broader ITSM module experience
