RV General Sales Manager

Blue Compass RV is the fastest growing RV Company with over 100 dealerships across the country. They are seeking a General Sales Manager to oversee the RV sales department, lead the sales team, develop strategies to maximize revenue, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the RV sales team, setting sales targets and ensuring they are achieved
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to maintain a high-performing team
Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Oversee the inventory of RVs, ensuring it is well-maintained, priced competitively, and aligned with market demand
Work closely with the procurement team to stock the right mix of RV models and accessories
Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process
Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards
Generate sales reports, forecasting, and analysis to provide insights and recommendations
Develop and manage the sales department's budget, including expenses related to personnel, marketing, and inventory

Required

Proven experience in RV or automotive sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role

Knowledge of RV industry trends and products
Strong understanding of customer service principles
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Effective communication skills: written and verbal

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
