Responsibilities

Lead complex, high‑impact projects using hybrid Agile methodologies
Manage timelines, scope, budgets & cross‑functional delivery
Provide polished, executive‑level updates & project reporting
Facilitate alignment across leaders, product owners, and technical teams
Coach & mentor junior PMs and delivery staff
Support enterprise planning, system integration, and vendor management
Ensure compliance with state procurement and fiscal policies
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment

Qualification

Agile project planningProject management toolsLeadership experienceExecutive presentationApplication migrationSolutions-oriented mindsetVendor managementTeam coordinationM365 proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, public administration, or related field
5+ years managing large-scale projects of moderate complexity & risk
Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Microsoft Planner, or similar
Agile PM certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, DASM)
PMP required

Preferred

Master's degree in business, IT, or related field
10+ years enterprise or government PM experience
Experience leading application migration projects
Knowledge of public-sector procurement, fiscal policies, and vendor management
Experience working with state agencies
