This role supports a fully cloud-based environment and involves a blend of system administration, workflow optimization, issue triage, testing, and clear communication with both internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities
Manage daily AMS configuration and maintenance, ensuring smooth performance within a complex, integrated ecosystem
Build, validate, and refine Power Automate workflows to support business processes and member journeys
Conduct regression testing and scenario replication, distinguishing root causes and documenting findings precisely
Draft detailed support cases and documentation to accelerate vendor troubleshooting and internal clarity
Enhance internal knowledge base content, creating clear SOPs, screenshots, and step-by-step guides
Join short team stand-ups throughout the week to discuss open issues and align on next steps
Support ongoing data governance and reporting initiatives
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another complex CRM/AMS platform
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Power Automate flows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Natural problem-solver with holistic system-thinking
Bachelor's degree welcomed but not required
Must reside in the United States
Able to complete a standard contractor background check
Preferred
Familiarity with security and compliance practices
Experience with SSO, LMS, community platforms, or other connected systems
Prior work within membership-based or professional associations
