Business Development Representative

Dojo Five, the modern embedded experts, are looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team and drive new business growth. The BDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries, with opportunities for career advancement to an Account Executive role.

Responsibilities

Schedule qualified meetings with prospects within our ICP for Account Executives
Meet or exceed scheduled meeting quotas
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities
Identify target accounts within ICP using sales intelligence tools and CRM database
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, phone, and social media
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM system
Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights to leadership
Support team as needed

Qualification

B2B sales experienceCRM proficiencyOutbound prospectingSales engagement platformsCommunication skillsSelf-motivated

Required

1-2 years of experience in B2B services sales or business development
Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and sales tools
Comfortable making 30+ outbound calls per day
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Preferred

Previous BDR or inside sales experience in an IoT, MedTech, Manufacturing, Electronics, Software Development or similar business
Experience with sales engagement platforms (UpLead, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Familiarity with social selling techniques on social media sites like LinkedIn
