Responsibilities
Providing top Tier II/III support for end users and C-Level executives
Diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows and Mac OS, including hardware, application performance, VPN/network connectivity, email, file access, printing, and workstation administration
Handling escalated tickets for a diverse user base—including offshore teams and executives—delivering high-touch, professional support
Leading 1:1 troubleshooting sessions with engineers, VPs, and directors (white-glove/VIP support)

Experience supporting C-Level Executives

Intune
Microsoft Azure, VDI management
White-Glove Support experience
3–5+ years of Tier II, white-glove IT support experience in enterprise Microsoft environments, with advanced troubleshooting across Intune, Hybrid Azure AD (on-prem), Microsoft Teams, O365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive), and broader Azure services
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows and Mac OS, including hardware, application performance, VPN/network connectivity, email, file access, printing, and workstation administration
Expertise in handling escalated tickets for a diverse user base—including offshore teams and executives—delivering high-touch, professional support
Leverage both deep technical expertise and a knowledge base to resolve Tier I–III incidents efficiently, and confidently leads 1:1 troubleshooting sessions with engineers, VPs, and directors (white-glove/VIP support)
