Customer Service Engineer

Conflux Systems is looking for a Customer Service Engineer – Pace Specialist Trainer to join their team. In this role, you will become a subject-matter expert in the PACE platform and train Customer Service Engineers on the new software, while also supporting the organization during the hyper-care phase.

Responsibilities

Becoming a subject-matter expert (SME) in the PACE platform used by Customer Service Engineers to document work, track parts, and record time and activities
Training Customer Service Engineers in assigned zones and regions on the new PACE software
Supporting the organization during the hyper-care phase for 30–90 days after full software launch
Delivering approximately 15–20 training sessions (out of ~100 total sessions), each lasting 2 days
Potential transition into a Customer Service Engineer role after hyper-care, preferably within your local region
Service imaging equipment in assigned metro areas
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Siemens diagnostic imaging equipment
Act as the “Face of Siemens” to customers
Support a variety of diagnostic imaging systems
Work flexible shifts as required by business needs (advance notice provided)
Report to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions

Required

Associate degree, college education, or military experience in a related technical field
Strong technical and electrical background
Hands-on technical experience (biomedical, med tech, or similar preferred)
Open to entry-level candidates with technical training
Open to military veterans transitioning to civilian roles
Minimum requirement: Foundation-level technical education or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills
Technical aptitude — ability to understand software and troubleshoot issues
Equipment repair and diagnostic experience
Team-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration
Ability to lead training sessions and present software updates to peer groups

Preferred

Imaging service experience (military or private sector)
Experience working in biomedical or hospital environments
