Responsibilities
Develop mid- to high-complexity reports, dashboards, and analyses (strategy, workflow, financial, historical)
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present insights to leadership
Support business decision-making through advanced analytics and data visualization
Improve and streamline processes; develop documentation and automation tools
Lead or support audits, compliance testing, and user recertifications
Coordinate system support and project implementations with business, vendors, and technology teams
Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational risk, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or 7+ years combined education/work experience
Strong experience with SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex insights clearly
