Support the initial implementation of Gainsight, ensuring seamless onboarding for client personnel
Provide strategic and tactical advice on platform use cases and functionalities to drive business results
Guide customers throughout the lifecycle of the implementation, from planning through post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with their success goals
Leverage and develop reusable frameworks and assets that streamline time-to-value for our customers, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, fostering positive relationships that encourage repeat business and additional service bookings
Qualification
Required
Experience with Customer Success Platforms: Proficiency in administering Gainsight with a willingness and capability to learn new platforms
Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success Management or Customer Success Operations, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes
Technical Aptitude: Strong technical skills with the ability to learn, configure, and implement different new platforms
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Leadership & Organizational Skills: Ability to provide structured, organized leadership and a roadmap for successful project execution
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and outcomes
Self-Motivation: A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment
