This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including overseeing safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of materials, as well as staffing and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities
Lead from the floor each day, setting the pace and supporting the team hands-on while keeping work moving safely and efficiently
Coordinate loading, unloading, staging, and material movement for production and shipping
Coach and manage hourly staff day-to-day, handling issues quickly and professionally
Own safety, housekeeping, and proper use/care of forklifts and equipment
Manage inventory control, order processing, and required physical counts
Backup to Traffic and help cover shipping execution when needed
Keep basic daily reporting and visibility on priorities, workflow, and problems
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and able to build clear, effective workflows that keep a busy floor running smoothly
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management
Previous forklift experience a plus
