They are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Operations/Manufacturing Specialist to enhance manufacturing processes and facilitate successful system adoption across the US business.

Responsibilities

Review and validate existing D365 SCM Operations & Manufacturing processes to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practice

Identify opportunities for improvement and support process refinement across production, procurement, inventory, planning, and shop floor activities

Deliver hands-on support for training, coaching, and system adoption, including creation or enhancement of training materials

Configure or reconfigure D365 modules as needed to support process improvements and operational efficiency

Assist with the rollout of new processes or system functionality across global manufacturing sites

Act as a bridge between operational teams and IT, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution

Provide subject matter expertise on D365 Operations/Manufacturing throughout the organisation

Support the development, configuration, and successful rollout of strategic operational and performance reports, ensuring data accuracy, usability and alignment with business KPIs

Required

Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Operations/Manufacturing modules)

Hands-on system configuration SuperUser experience within D365

Ability to support users at all levels
