Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Airtable solutions to support operational workflows
Translate business requirements into effective Airtable-based solutions
Optimize automations and data structures to improve efficiency and scalability
Support integrations and large data sets in collaboration with engineering teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles
Develop documentation, user guides, and best practices
Provide end-user training and ongoing support as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations
JavaScript
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
JavaScript experience for advanced Airtable automations
Experience working with large datasets and platform integrations
Familiarity with Airtable AI features
Exposure to BI or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy)
Media and entertainment industry experience
