Responsibilities
Develop and lead sales strategies for Adobe’s subscription and custom professional services portfolio
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and growing existing customer relationships
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales specialists to achieve and exceed performance targets
Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture that emphasizes consultative selling
Partner with clients to understand business goals and develop customized service offerings
Oversee the creation and delivery of Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with customer needs and delivery capabilities
Work closely with Customer Success, Services Customer Engagement Team, Product Marketing teams to promote seamless execution and consistent messaging
Act as a liaison between sales and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Stay informed on industry trends and evolving customer needs
Represent Adobe at internal and external forums, sharing successful experiences and great customer outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven sales leadership with consistent quota attainment
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products and associated service models (e.g., Ultimate Success, Integrated Services, custom SOWs)
Strong presales solutioning and estimation skills
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and collaborator management skills
Exceptional communication and executive presentation capabilities
Analytical and critical thinking with a customer-first mentality
Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing
Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams
