Responsibilities
Support the Business Management function through financial and operational analysis
Track and analyze spend across AP, AR, and GL functions
Prepare forecasting models, what-if analyses, and management reports
Partner with FP&A teams to support financial planning and performance monitoring
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Develop dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance processes
Assist with KPI development, tracking, and performance reporting
Support ad-hoc initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in financial analysis, operations analysis, or business management
Strong working knowledge of AP, AR, and General Ledger functions
Proven experience with forecasting, budgeting, and what-if financial analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with financial and vendor management platforms such as Coupa, SAP Fieldglass, SPM, or similar tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in large, matrixed organizations
