Responsibilities
Analyze, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex commercial general liability claims across multiple states
Collaborate with defense counsel, risk managers, agents, and all parties involved to ensure timely and cost-effective claim resolution
Prepare and present analysis for litigation, mediation, arbitration, and hearings while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of customer service
Review contracts, leases, and related documentation to identify risk transfer opportunities and manage litigation expenses
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years commercial general liability litigation experience with an insurance carrier (Third Party Administrator experience alone will not be considered)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and resolve disputes
Working knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations, and case law
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in a paperless environment
