Responsibilities
Perform DNA and RNA extraction from a variety of sample types, including plasma and other liquid biopsy specimens
Conduct molecular assays including qPCR, RT-PCR, and ddPCR with high accuracy and reproducibility
Support liquid biopsy workflows, including cfDNA/cfRNA handling and analysis
Prepare reagents, samples, and controls according to SOPs and quality standards
Accurately document experimental data, results, and deviations in laboratory records
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations
Collaborate with scientists and laboratory staff to support assay development, optimization, and validation
Assist with troubleshooting assay performance and workflow issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field)
3–5 years of relevant laboratory experience in a molecular biology or genomics setting
Demonstrated hands-on experience with: DNA/RNA extraction
qPCR and RT-PCR
ddPCR
Liquid biopsy workflows (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex protocols
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience working in a CLIA, CAP, or other regulated laboratory environment
Familiarity with assay development or clinical diagnostic testing
Experience handling low-input or high-sensitivity samples (e.g., cfDNA)
