Responsibilities
Reviews, understands, and follows inspection control plans
Instructs and advises manufacturing staff on job requirements
Coordinates, conducts, and records first-piece and in-process inspections and testing
Monitors production process and collects dimensional data
Maintains inspection and testing records and record retention
Quarantines non-conforming products and raw material
Understands and ensures proper packing standards
Uses testing and measuring equipment including:
Scales
Calipers
Micrometers
Height gauges
Magna mikes
Burst testers
Barcode scanners
Understands Minimum Workmanship Requirements
Uses TEQ terminology
Inputs SPC data as requested
Maintains, controls, and prints labels
Complies with Controlled Environment Procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

High school diploma or equivalent
6 months previous production line and inspection experience
Standing, walking, bending, reaching

Reading, writing, talking
Preferred
Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing
