Customer Service Account Manager

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Account Manager to manage customer orders from entry through delivery while ensuring outstanding service and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between Garb and assigned reps and customer accounts, building strong, positive relationships
Manage orders from entry to final delivery, ensuring timelines and customer requirements are met
Enter, verify, and maintain accurate order data in our ERP system (A2K)
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Art, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting) to ensure orders flow smoothly and meet customer specifications
Monitor and track order status, proactively communicating updates or potential delays to customers and internal teams
Resolve customer issues such as order discrepancies, inventory related delays, quality concerns, and shipment problems with professionalism and urgency
Understand and ensure compliance with customer-specific routing, labeling, and EDI requirements
Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and order templates as needed
Collaborate with the Sales team to support pre-book programs, custom orders, and seasonal launches
Provide reporting and insights on order volume, trends, and performance metrics

Required

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP or order management systems
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally

Preferred

2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or order management (apparel, decorated goods, or manufacturing industry preferred)
Knowledge of production processes such as screen print, embroidery, sublimation, or heat transfer
