Responsibilities
Collaborate with Offering Management teams to assess learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with business goals
Lead the design and delivery of internal innovative training programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills and capabilities
Research external training opportunities for Offering Management
Identify, track, and take necessary action on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training adoption and up-skilling for Offering Manager roles
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in learning and developing within a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems and e-learning tools to deliver training content effectively
Experience in analyzing training effectiveness and making data-driven decisions to improve learning outcomes
Expertise in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Availability for 10 – 20 % travel
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage employees
Excellent analytical skills to assess learning needs and outcomes
