Responsibilities
Use your experience of analyzing, understanding, and questioning the status quo. Formulate proposals for improvement and communicate the value of those proposals to stakeholders
Act as trusted consultant to stakeholders across the business to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable reporting solutions
Formulate proposals for improvement and communicate the value of those proposals and recommended implementation plans to stakeholders
Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on complex datasets across Finance and other internal organizations. Identify key trends and uncover root causes of data anomalies
Tell a story using data. Translate data findings into meaningful and concise reporting content. Enable stakeholders to use this content to make informed business decisions
Develop strong internal business partnerships across Finance and other orgs that consume financial data or KPI’s
Partner with internal developers and FDRO Data Analytics team to utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics/Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of high-level data analysis experience required; must be able to visualize and interpret data
Meticulous attention to detail with an appreciation for the relationship between data quality, key performance indicators, and the Company's success
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results
Strong organizational skills, ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Data regression modeling and forecasting experience preferred
Experience using a Business Intelligence tool to create meaningful reports. Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, Alteryx, etc
