Responsibilities

Assist with audience segmentation, personalization approaches, and channel orchestration decisions
Extract data from platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Attentive to create insightful reports across key engagement and conversion metrics
Compile performance reports and contribute insights for internal readouts that are ultimately shared with clients
Assist in building client-facing decks, collaborating with strategists to showcase campaign results and strategies
Learn and apply email and SMS marketing best practices, contributing to the development of our internal knowledge base
Gain exposure to lifecycle strategy by supporting email and SMS campaigns across customer journeys, including testing, performance analysis, and optimization opportunities

Required

Currently enrolled and working towards an undergraduate (rising junior or rising senior) or recent graduate from an accredited college/university who wants to gain experience from an Advertising Agency and bring great experiences to life for people and businesses
Basic knowledge of e-commerce or retail marketing
Basic understanding of email, SMS, and/or CRM marketing principles
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Proficiency in basic analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Strong organizational abilities
A genuine eagerness to learn and grow
You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role
