Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the Human Resources function
Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Lead employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement efforts
Direct compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing HR team
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals
Align HR strategies and initiatives with the institution’s long-term business objectives
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources experience
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
A bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
A master's degree
Professional HR certifications
