Responsibilities
Pick components and staging based on quotes logged in the Sample Room database. Create and pick work orders as needed
Responsible for the proper receipt, stocking and organization of product samples, including all necessary components and literature. Order supplies for the sample room
Ship outbound sample packages to account representatives, specialists, and customers
Communicate via phone and email with Account Representatives and other departments
Assist multiple divisions with sending out components and packs. Provide support to product and/or sales team as required
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED
To perform core functions of the position, must have the ability to read and understand information presented in writing in English
To perform core functions of the position, must have the ability to perform basic math (addition and subtraction)
Position requires lifting a minimum of 40 pounds
Position requires standing for extended periods of time
Preferred
Previous production/manufacturing experience
MS Excel and Word
SAP/AS400 experience
