Responsibilities
Configure, build, and support Epic Radiant functionality, including scheduling, exam workflows, protocols, and reporting
Collaborate with radiology and imaging stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build solutions
Support system implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and post–go-live activities
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions
Participate in testing cycles (unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing)
Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials
Coordinate with other Epic application teams (Cupid, Ambulatory, Orders, etc.) as needed
Ensure system build aligns with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and Epic best practices
Qualification
Required
Epic Radiant certification or accreditation (current or previous)
5+ years of hands-on Epic Radiant build and support experience
Strong understanding of radiology and imaging workflows
Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical teams
Preferred
Experience with integrated workflows involving Cupid, Orders, or Ambulatory
Knowledge of imaging modalities, scheduling templates, and protocol workflows
Experience in large healthcare systems or academic medical centers
Epic upgrade or conversion experience
Implementation experience with Lung Screening, Mammography, and/or Interventional Radiology
