Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will identify and develop new customer opportunities, maintain existing relationships, and support sales growth within assigned states.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customer opportunities within assigned states
Maintain and support existing customer relationships to drive repeat and incremental business
Communicate market needs, customer feedback, and regional trends to the National Sales Manager
Improve, expand, and oversee the regional sales network within the assigned territory
Coordinate with and support local agents, promoters, and business finders
Achieve assigned sales objectives and contribute to overall sales growth
Support the development of a local sales network in collaboration with Breton management
Collect and analyze market data within the assigned territory to support:
Sales strategies
Sales forecasting
Territory planning
Prepare periodic activity, pipeline, and market reports as required by management
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in sales
Sales experience may be substituted with engineering, machine tool, or industrial equipment experience
Ability to work independently across a multi-state territory
Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned states
Preferred
Four-year degree preferred
