Project Manager, Internal Consulting

Responsibilities
Under the guidance of Director/Senior Associate Director, develop detailed project plans, define scope, set milestones, and identify resources
Coordinate cross-functional teams and assigned work packages independently to facilitate project tasks and deliverables, and ensure timely delivery. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, dashboards, and presentations
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating meetings
Under the guidance of a Director/Senior Associate Director, facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communications
Support development of change management and communications plans for project implementation, as needed
Identify and raise risks, proposing solutions/actions to mitigate project risks; develop and implement contingency plans
Contribute to knowledge management, case study development, and process improvement efforts, including best practices in project management, change management, and delivery. Ensure new projects leverage expertise from legacy projects with similar scope/objectives
Under the guidance of a Director/Senior Associate Director, develop deliverables focused on data research, analysis, and visualization; support translation into high-quality presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or related field required
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with regulatory compliance and quality standards in the life sciences sector
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
Ability to travel (may include overnight travel)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred
advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred
1-3 years of project management experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or related industry preferred
Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus
