Drive the future of digital and AI innovation across a global real estate investment platform, shaping capabilities that meaningfully influence investment performance and strategic decision‑making
Lead digital transformation and AI adoption across Macquarie Asset Management’s Real Estate investment platform, contributing to strategies that enhance data management, digital workflows, and investment processes
Identify high‑impact problems, shape product direction, and guide the development of AI‑enabled capabilities that support commercial outcomes
Collaborate closely with investment teams, platform executives, and technology partners to ensure alignment on priorities, clarity in decision‑making, and progress across complex cross‑functional efforts
Coach and partner with analysts, engineers, data specialists, and designers to foster strong execution discipline and support delivery across ambiguous and evolving environments
Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, establish governance mechanisms that guide focus across the portfolio, and ensure new products meet compliance, security, and financial requirements
Pay attention to adoption and change management to help embed digital solutions that scale effectively across the platform and generate sustained impact
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading cross‑functional delivery teams to build digital or AI‑enabled products that solve complex business problems and generate measurable commercial impact
Strong structured problem‑solving capabilities, defining high‑value opportunities and shaping strategies that balance execution speed with long‑term scalability
Demonstrated stakeholder influence, collaborating effectively with senior investment leaders, platform executives, and technical colleagues in matrixed environments
Technical fluency across data products, APIs, architecture concepts, and modern product development practices within complex organizational environments
Experience guiding change management, stakeholder alignment, and product adoption across diverse teams, supported by strong commercial acumen and analytical decision‑making
