Account Executive
Glue Up is a fast-growing, international startup that specializes in engagement management software for member organizations. They are seeking an energetic and strategic Account Executive to engage with potential customers and close sales using a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to sell potential customers to purchase new products and/or services
Educates customers on product offerings and services, and explain pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship
Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
Maintain and update database and customer records
Continued product education to better service customer calls
Maintains accurate daily record of sales qualified leads in sales tracker
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience as SDR (able to manage and close large and small sales deals, and work closely with customer success team)
Strong customer service and telesales skills
Assertive, out-going entrepreneurial spirit
Get-it-done attitude, not afraid to roll up the sleeves to get things done in an entrepreneurial environment
Experienced in Web Based Applications and Windows
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business or related field
Effective communication and client presentation skills
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
Preferred
Creative, enthusiastic thinker and passion for learning
