Responsibilities
Develop and design IT systems and infrastructure architecture
Create detailed diagrams and documentation for system components
Ensure seamless integration of new and existing IT systems
Assess and recommend technologies based on business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT architecture with objectives
Architect solutions within Microsoft Azure Government environments
Design data architecture leveraging Azure Synapse Analytics
Lead development of data transformation and quality pipelines
Define storage and metadata strategies using Azure Delta Lake
Implement data testing and validation using Great Expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience developing long-term IT strategies aligned with business goals
Ability to identify and mitigate risks across IT architecture
Technical leadership during solution design and troubleshooting
Experience with cloud-native data architectures using Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with Healthcare Domain and Terminology Sets
Must have an active public trust clearance
Preferred
Experience with Serverless SQL & PySpark Pools
Proficiency in PySpark & Python scripting
Knowledge of Parquet, Delta Lake, and metadata-driven file structures
Experience with Great Expectations / PyTest for data validation
