Lead mid-sized projects and programs from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring they align with our business strategy and customer needs
Develop and maintain clear project schedules, focusing on on-time delivery and upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Manage project scope, timelines, and financial performance, using data-driven tracking and risk management to ensure successful outcomes
Foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment , guiding your team to achieve project goals and deliver predictable integrations
Communicate progress and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Industrial Management
6+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in leading mid-sized projects
Practical experience with product development and Stage-Gate processes
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and MS SharePoint
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear project requirements
A strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems is a plus, as is knowledge of off-road applications
Able to work in the US, both now and in the future, without sponsorship
