Responsibilities

Own complex, ever-changing calendars with precision and foresight

Manage inboxes and communications with sound judgment and discretion

Prepare, review, and prioritize materials before executive review

Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics across internal and external stakeholders

Serve as a trusted extension of the founder-anticipating needs and protecting focus

Operate with flexibility and responsiveness outside of standard hours when required
