Department Performance Improvement Coordinator
Matrix PMO is seeking a Department Performance Improvement Coordinator (DPIC) to support their operations in Russellville, AR. The role involves coordinating the Corrective Action Program and providing departmental analysis and reporting, while interfacing with various stakeholders to ensure effective project management during outages.

Responsibilities
Coordinating the Corrective Action Program as related to the Projects Department
Interface with the station / Fleet DPIC coordinator to assist with ACE’s and other causal analysis
Provide departmental trending and analysis reporting to the project weekly / monthly
Interface with the implementation contractors as necessary providing any necessary investigation and documentation of performance incidents and the development of corrective actions
Provide daily department condition report screening and classification
Participate in departmental causal reviews as needed
Provide daily updates to the Site Project Superintendents as well as Sr. Management as requested
Qualification
Required
Candidate must have 3-15 years experience implementing the corrective action process based on job classification DPIC I through Sr DPIC
Candidate must be capable of providing incident review and classifications as well as generating fleet notifications for incident reporting
Candidate must have experience interfacing with Project Management pre, during, and post refueling outages
Preferred
Field coordination experience in nuclear plant activities would be considered a plus especially for entry or mid level DPIC position
