Responsibilities
Provide first-level help desk support for desktop computers, mobile devices, software applications, and network connectivity
Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and escalate complex issues as needed
Log, track, and manage service requests using Help Desk software
Assist with setup and support of video conferencing and collaboration tools
Provision, manage, and de-provision user accounts and system access in accordance with company policies
Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware, software, and licenses
Assist with installation of computer workstations, phones, and related equipment
Support basic network troubleshooting using monitoring tools
Maintain and update IT procedures and documentation
Provide excellent internal customer service while handling multiple priorities
Occasionally travel to other locations to perform on-site support when needed
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking concepts
Familiarity with Microsoft productivity tools and general business software
Experience using Help Desk or ticketing systems
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling physical aspects of the role, including lifting equipment and running cables
Commitment to professionalism, service, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and user account management
Familiarity with remote support tools and network monitoring systems
Prior experience supporting multiple locations or distributed teams
