Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, AP/AR, cost accounting, and revenue recognition
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and ensure accurate financial statement preparation
Manage multi-state tax compliance and partner with external tax advisors
Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and scalable financial systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with team supervision
Background in medical device, biotech, or distribution industries
Exposure to ERP systems and financial system implementations
Preferred
CPA and/or Master's
