Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform
Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning components, workflows, reports, and dashboards
Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud to support business and client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful APIs
Apply DevOps best practices including version control, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, Git, and SFDX
Ensure code quality through proper Apex test classes and clean, maintainable development practices
Support solution design and rapid prototyping for complex technical challenges

Required

7–10 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform
Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and SOQL
Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
Experience working with Salesforce in the Financial Services domain
Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
Experience integrating Salesforce with external vendors and third-party systems
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BE, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification)
