Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve teh complete range of transaction dispute types, including unauthorized transactions, cardholder disputes, point-of-interaction errors, etc
Analyze customer information, financial patterns, and transaction data to evaluate the validity of claims
Document and maintain meticulous records for audit and compliance purposes
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience with chargebacks/dispute experience
Prior experience working with Mastercard
Prior experience in the payments or banking industry
