The technicians will assist with troubleshooting, support workflow stabilization, and handle help desk tickets while collaborating with internal IT teams.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for Epic-related issues during go-live
Serve as runners for on-unit support needs
Assist with desktop/device troubleshooting, basic hardware tasks, and workstation readiness
Escalate unresolved issues to internal IT teams
Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions
Support onsite Parkview leadership and clinicians

Must be able to work on-site for all scheduled shifts
