Responsibilities

Lead weekly and monthly planning for guest experience offerings, including wellbeing, networking, entertainment, cultural, and community impact experiences; analyzes data to integrate participant preferences, program schedules, and stakeholder inputs to support cohesive and engaging on site experiences
Manage participant and internal communications supporting experience delivery, including app updates/notifications, digital signage, newsletters, and oversight of team mailboxes to ensure timely, accurate information
Maintain Guest Experience resources and documentation including programming details, logistics, SOPs, toolkits, templates, and vendor profiles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and team readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Program Delivery, Operations (ie, fitness, entertainment) and community partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and programming
Supervise operational data, participant feedback and workflows, including attendance tracking, reporting, and debrief documentation; capture insights that support continuous improvement, and inform future guest experience enhancements
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum three years of recent experience in hospitality, guest experience, events, recreation, or program coordination
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
Profound planning, coordination and communication skills; ability to build effective relationships across cross functional teams and external partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital signage or mobile app content tools preferred. Ability to analyze and interpret guest feedback and participation data to inform improvements
Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy
Comfortable managing logistics in a dynamic, fast paced environment and willingness to work flexible or non-traditional hours as needed to support guests
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
