Responsibilities
Own the overall email marketing strategy, aligning campaigns with broader business, marketing, and growth objectives
Research customer behavior, preferences, and industry trends to inform messaging and campaign direction
Analyze historical campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Develop and manage a robust campaign calendar, including promotional, lifecycle, and automated emails
Oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand email copy and messaging across multiple campaign types
Partner closely with design, brand, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive creative execution
Manage subscriber database health, segmentation strategies, and deliverability best practices
Build, maintain, and optimize automated flows using email and marketing automation platforms
Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue) and deliver clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders
Test and iterate on subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with email regulations and data privacy standards
Mentor or manage junior team members or external partners, as applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
Proven experience managing and scaling email marketing programs with measurable results
Strong expertise in email automation platforms, segmentation, and database management
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic action
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Highly collaborative, with experience working across creative, marketing, and technical teams
Self-motivated leader with a balance of creativity, structure, and executional rigor
Flexibility to support high-priority launches or campaigns as business needs require
