Marketing and Communications Manager
Studio in a School is seeking an experienced, creative, and collaborative Marketing and Communications Manager with an interest in arts education to join their team. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Studio’s mission, programs, and services, while managing multiple projects and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate to develop and execute marketing and communications plans aligned with Studio's strategic goals
Serve as the primary contact for all marketing and communications efforts related to Studio's internship programs, including Arts Intern, Bloomberg Arts Internships, Teen Apprenticeship Program, and Studio Intensives
Oversee design and production of written and visual materials for internship programs and other organizational needs
Work with the development and marketing team, program staff, and consultants to ensure that Studio-branded materials maintain consistent visual and conceptual identity
Track, monitor, and share marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies
Cultivate relationships with program partners and other external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach
Lead in the creation and production of internal and external marketing communications materials for internship programs and other programs, and their constituents
Collaborate with internal teams to write, edit, and design marketing collateral for internship programs
Collaborate to oversee website development and management for internship programs
Write, edit, and design content for Studio’s website, including news articles, program landing pages, and other digital content, such as social media graphics
Create diverse printed and digital materials, including brochures, signage, exhibition invitations, flyers, postcards, annual reports, presentations, and other materials
Manage multiple marketing and communications projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
Attend program, networking and community events to support Studio's visibility
Support event planning and execution for program-related events as needed
Other duties and ad-hoc projects assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the nonprofit or arts education sector
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience using graphic design software (Adobe InDesign or Canva) and digital assets management systems (MediaValet)
Experience with content management (WordPress) and analytics systems (Google Analytics), email marketing (Constant Contact) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Experience using Google Workspace tools and Microsoft 365 applications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivation, assertiveness, positive demeanor and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong work ethic; highly organized and able to anticipate, plan for, and reach deadlines
