Responsibilities

Participate as a key member in the end-to-end delivery for a prototype cross-functional team, ensuring milestones, timelines, and outcomes align with DoD objectives
Serve as the primary subject matter expert coordinating across stakeholders, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and designers to inform on context engineering and drive execution
Translate mission needs and stakeholder priorities into clear delivery plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies
Partner with design and technical leads to ensure user needs are incorporated
Support efforts to ensure delivery practices align with government standards, security requirements, and accessibility guidelines

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline)
10+ years of experience across any type of acquisition and sustainment portfolios
Demonstrated success participating in cross-functional teams, preferably within government or defense environments
Strong understanding of data visualization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience briefing senior leaders
Experience working in agile environments
Secret clearance required to start
