Responsibilities
Assist with written discovery for a Fortune 250 client, with a primary focus on complex discovery management in nationwide litigation
Play a key role in developing and executing discovery strategy, coordinating across jurisdictions, and managing large-scale discovery efforts involving multiple parties, courts, and counsel
Develop, implement, and oversee discovery strategy across the country, serving as a central point of contact for discovery issues among local counsel and the client
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Georgia
8+ years of products liability litigation defense experience, especially in a large law firm setting
Ability to manage deadlines and draft, review, and negotiate discovery responses and objections with exceptional attention to detail
Experience managing multiple deadlines, managing your own time and managing complex, high-volume discovery, ensuring consistent strategy nationwide
