Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between Business and Technology teams
Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
Work closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, Lead Business Analysts, and technical teams to gather and refine user stories
Understand business vision and translate it into technology solutions
Capture, analyze, and document functional software requirements
Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
Coordinate with Product Managers and stakeholders to facilitate backlog reviews
Support Agile development teams throughout the SDLC
Identify project risks proactively and assist in mitigation efforts
Lead or support test execution, including UAT and validation activities
Assist in software testing and solution acceptance
Publish release notes and maintain product documentation
Develop and maintain training materials and conduct process/product training as needed
Create wireframes and functional designs to support requirements
Integrate best practices into existing business and technical processes
Support customer success teams as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
6+ years of overall Business Analyst experience
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect / Pega Business Analyst
Minimum 4 years of experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
Minimum 4 years of experience developing use cases
Strong experience managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC
Hands-on experience documenting requirements, functional designs, test cases, and training materials
Experience leading or supporting test execution activities
Minimum 4 years of experience working in an Agile software development environment
Experience configuring and deploying enterprise-level software solutions
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree) or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
IT or technical background is a plus
Experience working in organizations that develop and deliver software products
Strong background in business process modeling and change management
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
