Regional Sales Manager

StaffEagle LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across an assigned U.S. territory in the stone and advanced materials industries. The role involves developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and representing highly engineered machinery solutions to sophisticated industrial customers.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets and execute strategic sales plans within designated territory and accounts
Develop, monitor, and continuously refine lead-generation strategies to maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Travel a minimum of 10 working days per month within assigned territory
Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for expansion
Address customer needs through consultative, solution-based selling aligned with Breton’s technical capabilities
Follow up on past-due collections in coordination with internal stakeholders
Review sales opportunities, challenges, and procedural efficiency with Sales Management; recommend process and market improvements
Maintain strong competitive awareness, including pricing, positioning, and product differentiation
Continuously deepen technical knowledge of Breton machinery, applications, and value propositions as they relate to customer needs

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with documented achievement against sales targets
Direct experience selling industrial machinery or capital equipment
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high-pressure, results-driven environment
Strong time management, organization, and self-motivation skills
Commitment to individual performance and broader team success
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory

Preferred

Stone industry experience strongly preferred
Machine tools or closely related industrial markets acceptable
Water treatment industry experience is NOT applicable
