Litigation and Insurance Coverage Attorney
Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin is seeking two attorneys for their growing litigation and insurance coverage groups. The roles involve handling high value motor vehicle accident cases, premises liability, and other tort claims, as well as insurance coverage analysis and litigation.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Handle high value motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and other tort claims typically involving bodily injury
Defend professional liability claims, including claims involving legal malpractice, broker and agent malpractice, and other miscellaneous professional liability defense
Defend insured individuals and companies, and many self-insured companies and firms
Handle cases from inception through appeal, including taking depositions and appearing in court to argue motions and participate in trial
Deal with various types of insurance policies including CGL, personal lines, D&O, E&O, and first party property claims
Evaluate coverage and draft coverage opinions
Qualification
Required
Currently licensed attorney in Georgia
2-6 years of experience in litigation for Litigation Attorney
Some bodily injury litigation background is ideal but not necessary for Litigation Attorney
2-8 years of experience for Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Attorney
Some experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation for Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Attorney
Experience evaluating coverage and drafting coverage opinions is a plus for Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Attorney
Some litigation experience of any type for Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Attorney
