Brooksource is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support validation efforts across all in-flight technology initiatives. This role will work closely with application teams to verify technical changes, assess impacts to TLM processes, and ensure data accuracy as teams complete work.

Responsibilities

Perform validation and quality checks on TLM impacts as application teams deploy updates or complete project deliverables

Conduct ad‑hoc data analysis to support technology, operations, and project stakeholders

Leverage ServiceNow and technical knowledge to investigate configuration details, change records, and supporting documentation

Analyze datasets using advanced Excel functions to identify inconsistencies, trends, or risks

Collaborate with technical teams to confirm accuracy of hardware, application, and OS‑related information

Document validation findings and communicate results clearly to project and leadership teams

Qualification

ServiceNowAdvanced ExcelSQLTechnical foundationMicrosoft Configuration Manager

Required

Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (Change/Incident/CMDB modules)

Strong technical foundation across hardware, applications, and operating systems

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data cleaning)

Preferred

Experience with SQL for data extraction and validation

Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)

Prior experience validating technology impacts in a project or operations environment
