Benefits Administrator

Responsibilities
Vendor Invoicing
Review local vendor performance against service level agreements
Act as escalation point (Tier 2) for benefit issues
Performs reviews in line with global governance requirements (salary changes, job level changes etc.)
Support People Advisors on benefits-related matters / escalations
Support Rewards manager in activities where relevant and needed (implementation of new benefits, compliance, benefits analysis, benchmarking and solutioning, as well as the Annual Salary Review cycle and/or other compensation related activities as needed)
Support Global benefits program roll outs like: WorkFlex, EAP, Wellness
Lead program development in geography within global rewards policies, frameworks and principles
Align benefits processes across brands and pick up manual benefits processes, if any, including consistent Knowledge Articles
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles, ideally with hands-on exposure to benefits administration and vendor invoicing processes
Familiarity with Brazilian benefits vendors (strongly preferred); experience supporting other regions is a plus
Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus
A process improvement and knowledge management mindset
Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach
Experience with data analysis and HR systems; Workday preferred
Knowledge of labor law or HR policies is a plus
